Hantek officially launches the HSMU2400 Series Source Measure Unit (SMU). As the first 7 1/2-digit SMU, this instrument integrates voltage source, current source, precision meter and electronic load functions. Featuring four-quadrant bidirectional operation and ultra-high-precision integrated source-measure capability, it delivers high-performance all-in-one solutions for R&D and testing of semiconductors, optoelectronic devices, new materials and micro-power products.
The full series delivers up to 22 W power, supporting ±210 V and ±1.1 A voltage/current output with four-quadrant bidirectional operation. It can not only output power to the DUT, but also sink energy fed back from the load. Equipped with multiple operating modes including CV and CC, the instrument achieves ultra-high measurement accuracy and resolution at nV and pA levels. Leveraging synchronous source-measure technology, it performs stimulus output and signal acquisition simultaneously to accurately plot the IV characteristic curves of devices. It supports 2-wire and 4-wire measurement configurations to effectively eliminate lead resistance errors. Built-in low-noise shielding and multi-layer overvoltage/overcurrent safety protection are included. A rich set of communication interfaces facilitates the construction of automated test systems. The unit is widely used for precision performance testing of semiconductor devices, optoelectronic components, new materials and micro-power electronic products.
7 1/2 digit Measurement Precision
Minimum measurement resolution down to 10 fA and 10 nV, enabling extreme capture and accurate acquisition of faint current and voltage signals.
Real time Multi parameter Data Logging
Synchronously acquire output and computed data, plot curves, and store test data in the buffer for more intuitive data understanding and analysis.
Limit Test Function
Judges upper and lower threshold values of parameters. Outputs corresponding IO levels upon limit violation to distinguish pass and fail test statuses.
Math Calculation Function
After selecting a calculation formula, the interface displays computed results in real time for flexible parameter processing and straightforward reading of calculated values.
Multiple Output Modes
Supports pulse, sweep and list output. Multiple sets of voltage or current can be freely configured. Linear and non linear waveforms are supported for flexible batch output of test signals.
Rich Communication Interfaces
USB HOST, USB DEVICE, LAN, RS232/RS485 and Digital IO; GPIB is available as an option. It supports rear panel output and selectable 2 wire / 4 wire measurement modes.
